    1. Powell River has many forest campgrounds, some free. If you are looking hotels or other types of accommodation, here is a link on our tourism site. https://sunshinecoastcanada.com/places-to-stay/ I'm not sure if any of the locations other than campgrounds allow you to directly access the backcountry roads and trails.
